We can:

• Prioritise your debts

• Negotiate with your creditors

• Produce a financial statement

• Give you your options on Bankruptcy/IVAs

• Assist with the completion of Bankruptcy or IVAs

• Check you are receiving your full benefit entitlement

• Advise on harassment by your creditors

• Advise on court action

 We cannot:

• Insist creditors accept your offers

• Stop creditors taking court action

• Deal with just a selection of your debts
• Help you if you are paying another service to manage your debts
