If you need help with claiming or are unsure of your benefit entitlement either drop in Monday 1.30pm - 3.30pm (no forms filled in at this session) or ring 01744 737866 for an appointment. Bring details of any benefits/income you are currently receiving.
We can complete forms for you e.g. Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance.
